Be you a buyer or seller, you should be with Realtor Carole De La Cruz.  Carole's rich and varied background provides added value in today's complex real estate environment.  Born and raised in France, Carole holds Master's Degrees in both art history and French literature.  Carole began a career managing art galleries in New York, which she continued when she relocated to Los Angeles in 1992, where she managed the prestigious Gallery Alexandre Leadouze in Beverly Hills with the partnership of Merv Griffin.  When she decided to become a Realtor, Carole brought her business acumen, people skills and aesthetic sensibility to her new profession.

Always in pursuit of pragmatic knowledge that will help her optimally serve her clients, Carole has completed trainings and received certifications in quality service (QSC), distressed properties (CDPE), staging (ASP) and international property sales (CIPS).  She is also a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a year-long advanced training program.

Carole puts her aesthetic background and certified training to good use for sellers.  She provides a complimentary staging of your property to increase its appeal to prospective buyers.  She also is adept at helping prospective buyers visualize the potential of properties that may not be readily aparent.  Above all, Carole obtains her greatest pleasure from helping buyers find the right home at the right price and sellers display and move their property quickly in a challenging market. Many of her valued friends are former clients, who continually provide her with referrals.

A wife and mother of two teenage daughters with a home in Woodland Hills, Carole understands firsthand the impact of a location change for families.  She is also the President of Los Angeles Accueil, which keeps her in close touch with French and other European families residing in the Los Angeles area.  These contacts and those she has developed overseas offer access to international clients and opportunities not otherwise available.
